PHASE 01
Hypothesis
Every research project starts with a concrete business question: "what if an agent could do this alone?" Without a real question, there is no project.
PHASE 02
Prototype
In weeks, not quarters: a functional proof of concept, measured against real data, that confirms or destroys the hypothesis quickly and at low cost.
PHASE 03
Product
What survives the prototype becomes a system: robust, secure, integrated and maintained. The Lab's research always ends in working software.
